Stage 1
Humbly present yourself to the task before you
Key Question to stay on track: Have I done everything I can to prepare to perform to my fullest? Am I prepared to enjoy the journey? |
Stage 2
Be prepared for bad shots to occur and look for the good in every situation.
Stay in the present and work shot to shot. When bad shots happen, stay positive and go back to the fundamentals. Key Question to stay on track: Do I have the information I need to make my next swing? |
Stage 3
Have a surfer’s attitude for the challenge in front of you and realize this is why you play the game.
Key Question to stay on track: Am I prepared to fall flat on my face as I seek to execute to the best of my abilities? Am I fearless? |
Stage 4
Be contagious with your positive perspective. Encourage those around you.
Key Question to stay on track: Are you encouraging those around you to do their best? Are you mentoring those around you? |
